Perfect. As arranged online, it all worked exactly as planned. Well worth parking the car with Cambridge Hotel.

First class 5-star service, good price.

Be mindful of this ,the service from the hotel was good however the website on parking Hero was really misleading, when I booked they said the shuttle was included, it then transpired after I paid it was £4 each way to Gatwick as an additional cost per a person. When I sent proof of this via screen shots Park Hero were adamant I had to pay this, they said they will amend the website but I have not checked if this has happened. I noticed after in previous review someone else had noted this. I should have read this first before I booked. Its a shame as I may have used someone else as the total cost may have been cheaper

I asked to change my car, everything appeared to have been changed per the email I received, but they didn't have the change when I got to the hotel. Thankfully the hotel sorted it. But while I was on holiday I received an email to say changes had been made, right name and registration, wrong car make and model. No responses to my emails. I did go back to the correct car though. When I picked the car up it was filthy dirty. So not the best experience.

Best value parking I was able to find for my trip from Gatwick. Easy to find, friendly prompt drop off and pick up. Absolutely no issues at all even with a delay to my return flight. I will be using Cambridge hotel next time I need to park at Gatwick

All good drop off and pick up ,very pleasant drivers ,and firstly they lifted and carried cases for us which was good when one is mid 70 s cases are a problem ,unfortunately birds liked the shine on my car and used it daily but it’s supposed to be lucky .

Don’t use this car park. We were hit with hidden charges when we booked which then went up higher on the day. The receptionist at the hotel was rude and aggressive. A truly horrible experience.

Car park area is very muddy, paid £4 each way is not justifiable .

Very near the airport dropped off car quickly taken to airport and picked up on time. very professional service. Even helped when I returned to unfreeze my boot

Simple and easy, park car in the hotel carpark, then go to reception where you fill in a form, then you're transported in a clean modern mini bus and taken to the terminal of your choice. On return just call on the phone number provided and you're collected and taken back to your car.

Excellent but poor lighting in the car park did not reveal that my slow puncture had turned to a flat tyre over the week.

Wouldn’t use parkhero again it was cheaper to pay direct at the hotel!! it also stated it was an additional £3 each way on the shuttle, but it wasn’t it was £4. The actual hotel and parking I would recommend just do it direct, cheaper

Awful service. I was asked x2 to pay the £6 transfer fee when the voucher clearly stated I didn't have to! On my return the receptionist wouldn't even give me my car keys unless I paid the fee. I had to show him the original email to convince him! And that's really bad customer service. It's a shame because due to corona I was told park&ride is their main source of income at the moment. Location is also too far from the m25. However they were good with their pick ups and drop offs.

Absolutely fine the driver was lovely the guy who showed me where to park my car was lovely! The only problem was that on my printout to say I was confirmed said my shuttle ride was free but upon arrival it was another £3 each way which was an extra £12 which took the cost of the parking up! What I thought was a good deal was actually no different to doing a meet and greet which would have been easier travelling on my own with a child! Apart from that everything else was perfect

More than happy with the service. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

The one thing I will say about this service is that twice I have used it and both times my keys were mislaid , the second time because the receptionist booking my car in put the wrong collection time so the night porter couldn’t locate my keys at 3.30 am

It was a very good service, only downside was having to wait a while for my car.
