i have used these people many times, i find the service simple and easy to use and very reliable

Used this parking facility many times. Always straight forward on arrival hand over car keys board bus and straight to the airport. All done in under 20 minutes. Returnes tend to be a bit longer but volume of passengers dictate times. All told I continue to use Sentinel for price and convenience. Try them you won't regret it.

Excellent service which worked perfectly

My outgoing experience was very good and you should be congratulated in these difficult circumstances. When I arrived back on 7th Jan I went to the Sentinel stand and the service was not as good. The awaiting Sentinel vehicle was not parked at the stand but in another part of the airport. I had to phone to explain my circumstances after waiting for 30 mins and was informed that the bus was in another place and had been there when I arrived. Apparently there was a change in arrangements which had not been advised to me. The driver was not as friendly as the one on my outgoing journey. I understand that we are in difficult times and therefore it will not deter me from using Sentinel in the future as I have always found them to be very efficient in the past

Everything went according to plan, except there was slight delay when booking in as the check-in lady couldn't find my details on the computer, but my printout of confirmation sorted the problem. No problems on arrival back at the airport.
