Found the location easy enough. Had to pay an extra £10 for drop off and pick up at airport but there were 3 of us so no problem. Good punctuality and car was in same condition as left. Very good👍

This wasn't the easiest place to find and the staff were very rude and didn't seem the most trustworthy of people. I was not happy to leave my car and keys with these lads but too late at this point. Very sketchy to say the least. Then when we landed we were left stood waiting over an hour and when the bus turned up the first time the driver said "oh no i don't have your name" and left us stood a further half an hour. So needless to say i will not use these again and further more would never recommend this very poor outfit.

Good efficient service, although we weren’t aware of the extra £10 cost incurred, by not booking direct with the company.

The driver that collected me from the airport was extremely rude, asked me for three forms of identification but did not ask the other gentleman with me, when I asked why he said was for security reasons so I asked why it didn’t apply to everyone (maybe my colour has something to do with it) when I also entered the vehicle from the right side, he said Jesus Europeans!!! I didn’t understand why he made that comment. When I was collecting my keys bearing in mind am 6months pregnant, he told me how pretentious and self righteous I was and how I was only looking for a row because I questioned why the same method of security check was not used on everyone. He made sure the other gentleman sat in front with him so they could have “banter” jokes as he drove me to my car. He also assumed I would be stealing my car. I will NEVER park there again !!!!

Will definately use this company again,very prompt ,friendly, & helpful

Good experience except arrived as booked at 4am - place deserted till 4.40 am - worrying at the time - luckily we had allowed an extra margin.
