Not happy! I stopped 15 minutes away from the airport and rang the number, which appeared twice on my confirmation, ELEVEN times. When I got to the airport I was extremely worried as I was travelling alone. Then a lovely lady phoned me and sorted everything out. Don't know what I would have done if she hadn't phoned.

I could not get hold of the driver who was supposed to greet me

Great for punctuality - no waiting around whatsoever. However I do t know where our car was parked but it was covered in leaves and bird poop, definitely needs a valet today. Otherwise a great service.

Overall good service. I was very satisfied.
