The experience was spoiled by staff not allowing an old age pensioner to use the toilet after a long journey. We won't be using this company again.

Even though I used a different car than the one on my booking the whole process was very quick and efficient, it genuinely takes only 6-7 minutes from locking your car to entering Departures at the terminal.
